I will have to admit I was one of those that took a while to warm up to the product. I didn't like the taste at first, but now I love it! I don't mask it in anything, just add it to water. I also was a person who actually doesn't like to drink water. This product forces you to drink water, which is so essential for our bodies. Everyone should be on this for their health and to live happier lives! I'm going back to college and I'm in my 40s. This product gives me mental clarity to focus on my studies. My advice is to stick with this product if you think it isn't working or you don't like the taste -- give it some time to grow on you. You will love it! It's that good!
