How much sugar and carbohydrates are in Life Shotz?
There are 9 grams of sugar and 10 grams of carbohydrates. The carbohydrates in the sugar are enough to maximize absorption.
Do Life Shotz and Life Shotz SUGAR FREE have the same flavor?
Yes, however Life Shotz is sweeter due to the sugar and the aftertaste is eliminated.
