BUILDERS KIT - $30
This optional Kit takes Distributors from avid consumer to serious entrepreneur. It may be purchased at any time, and it contains the items necessary to become eligible for all relevant commissions. Each Builders Kit includes:

- Videos
- Presentations

- Your commissions debit card (mailed separately)
- A three-month SUCCESS Magazine subscription (mailed separately)
ENROLLMENT - FREE
Free enrollment with online Certification allows Distributors to start ordering product quickly, without the paperwork needed to start a full-on business. (A Builders Kit is required to earn commissions). FREE enrollment allows Distributors to:
- Purchase products at wholesale prices
- Enroll Preferred Customers and earn Retail Profit via Product Credits
- Enroll other Distributors (Builders Kit must be purchased to earn on those Distributors)
OTHER FEES
Annual Renewal - $20 (Managers and above)
Advanced Personal Marketing Center - $10/month (optional)
MONTHLY COMMISSIONS
- Bonuses and commissions are paid monthly on the 15th (or first business day after the 15th)
- Earnings will be loaded electronically to Distributors' 21TEN debit card
- Sponsor Fast Pack Bonuses and Preferred Customer profits are PAID DAILY (Fast Pack upline and Senior paid monthly)
- Text message and/or email notification of Fast Pack & Retail earnings available

TERMS
ACTIVE
A Distributor who maintains the Personal Sales requirements within the calendar month. All Preferred Customer sales count toward your Active requirements.
AUTO ORDER
A pre-set and authorized monthly order processed and shipped to you each month.
INACTIVE
A Distributor who DOES NOT maintain the Personal Sales requirements within the calendar month.
PERSONAL SALES
The wholesale dollar amount of all orders placed by an individual Distributor and their Preferred Customers. It DOES NOT include Fast Packs, support materials, enrollment fees, website fees, renewal fees, or conference fees.
CORE SALES
The combined Personal Sales of all Distributors within your first two levels fully compressed for the first 12 months ONLY. Your Personal Sales and Fast Pack sales are NOT included in Core Sales.
UNILEVEL DYNAMIC COMPRESSION
Sales on each level are calculated based on who is Active in the specific month. Inactive Distributors do not "take up" a level. Those who are Active move up to fill those level sales for that particular month.
TOTAL SALES
The combined Personal Sales including Fast Packs of all Distributors at all levels in your group.
ADVANCED PERSONAL MARKETING CENTER
Advanced reports, self-replicating distributor website, lead pages and other cool marketing tools.
ONLINE CERTIFICATION
Short survey and helpful tips online.
RETAIL PROFIT AND PREFERRED CUSTOMERS
FIRST. You can sell 21TEN products to anyone directly and keep the profit. Many Distributors carry a small inventory of products for their direct customers. 21TEN has suggested retail pricing on each product. Distributors may also choose to set their own pricing. Distributors are responsible for collecting sales tax and other necessary record-keeping measures.
SECOND. You may direct anyone to set up a FREE Preferred Customer Account under your Distributorship.They can purchase directly from 21TEN and the company will process the order, collect payments and ship the products.You will receive the difference between 21TEN’s suggested retail prices and the Wholesale Price.
Those ordering directly through your 21TEN website will receive regular sales and educational email correspondence from the company designed to generate consistent sales and referrals.

Get ready to hit the ground running. Fast Packs allow you, as a new Distributor, to launch your business with the perfect starter-supply of product. Even better, we throw in some nice incentives that save you money and streamline your efforts.
Select between $1,000, $500 OR $250 options, but choose wisely: you only have one chance to purchase a Fast Pack.
Purchasers of the $1,000 FAST PACK may earn profits of $10 per box.

There is no limit on the number of shares you may earn. Share value is determined by the total number of shares and total sales. Fast Pack sales have the most influence and can dramatically affect share value in any given month vs.Total Sales of the company.

PERSONAL SALES INCENTIVE
This patent-pending, revolutionary bonus accomplishes the following:
- Provides you immediate and significant Customer profits
- Contributes substantially to the $400 - $500 a month profit target to keep you engaged and motivated to do more
- Drives geometric progression throughout every level of your group
Your first four personally sponsored Distributors sales and the sales from your first four Preferred Direct Customers — ranked by their sales each month — fund the upline Unilevel bonus structure.You qualify for the Personal Sales Incentive when you have your 5th Preferred Direct Customer and when you have your 5th first-level Distributor.
You earn 35% of the sales of your first-level Customers and Distributors from number five on.There is no limit to how many Preferred Direct Customers and first-level Distributors you may have, nor the order in which they occur.
10% INDIVIDUAL SALES BONUS
INDIVIDUAL SALES
All orders (not including your Fast Pack) placed by you personally. Specifically excludes Preferred Retail Customers.
- 10% payout to you on all first-level Distributors with monthly Individual Sales in excess of $750
- 10% payout to the ordering Distributor in the form of a cash rebate
- 50% of the Individual Sales are paid upline
STOCK INCENTIVES
- The first 3 Distributors to reach Worldwide earn 1% stock in the company
NOTE: “Stock” represents the Common Shares Outstanding at the time of qualification.
2010 INCENTIVES
As a special ground-floor incentive, the Production and Travel & Training Pools with include Oxyfresh.com sales through 2010 only.
OXYFRESH
Earn Unilevel commissions at your highest qualified rank in both Oxyfresh and 21TEN as long as you are Active in each company. To earn other bonuses, you must meet the qualifications for those bonuses in each company.
