2011-2012 Cruise Contest
INTENT OF COMMITMENT
The 21TEN cruise contest is open for anyone to compete and win. Anyone can purchase a cabin and anyone can win all or a portion of the trip.
21TEN is required to reserve cabin space well in advance. As such, we are requiring participants to reserve their cabin and register their intent to go whether they win or not.
Fare Per Cabin:
- Double Occupancy $2000
- Per Person $1000
Singles are required to secure another single or pay an additional $1000

hereby make a commitment to win all or a portion of the 2012 Cruise Incentive Trip and hereby show my intention to attend whether I win or not.
Deposit Information:
$250 non refundable deposit per person due on February 15th (we will contact you to arrange payment.)
The remaining $750 non refundable balance per person is due on March 15th (we will contact you to arrange payment.)
*If you have won by February 15th, no deposit necessary.
Winners of 1500 points or more will have their full deposits refunded at the time of the cruise. To receive refund, the distributor must attend the cruise.
